Is it possible to root Oleander?

Reply:It's very easy to root oleander. I watched my mother do it many times when I was a kid. All she did was put the tender shoot into water until the roots grew. Easy peasy. It worked every time. She didn't use any rooting hormones, nothing, just plain tap water.
