I would imagine so. They are poisonous to eat and if burned the smoke is toxic.
Can a scratch from an Oleander branch cause a reaction?
Well, it is a poisonous plant. Take a pain reliver, what ever you have advil etc. crush the pill wet your figer and rub the pill on the broken skin. That works for a lot of cuts bites burns. Try it.

Reply:Oleanders have a poison in their makeup.. you may get a reaction to the alkali substance...
