I don't know where you are(US?) but it's kind of cold out in most places. That would be your biggest problem. If it's warm where you are , just water it a little and be patient. It will come to life. Those things are almost impossible to kill.

you have to test the ph of your soil. if you cant, find a local university to test the soil. it should be acidic

Reply:if your plant is struggling, don't fertilize it... it can't deal with that right now..... many oleanders cannot take a frost without it making the leaves look a lttle droopy and ragged... if there's not a heavy leaf drop, your plant should be okay once the weather warms.... keep it moist within reason... it does like to dry out a little, occasionally....
